CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT

The product can be returned through a postal machine by prior arrangement with the delivery department. The phone number is +372 55520792. Deadlines are met if the Consumer returns the product before the deadline of 30 days. You must notify Top1 autovaruosad OÜ about the return of the product by sending an email to tarne@top1autovaruosad.ee or by calling +372 55520792

  • You must return the old product within 30 days of receipt of the goods at the latest.
  • The old product must be returned in the packaging of the new product, you must not write or stick anything on the packaging.
  • The shipping plugs, covers, and cushioning material on the new product must be moved to the old product.

The old product is evaluated based on five basic rules (below are the most specific problems for each product group that is returned):

  • The returned product must be equal in completeness and technical data to the new product.
  • The product must be complete (all returnable parts must be intact and connected to the product, nothing must be separate)
  • The case must not be damaged.
  • The product must not show any signs of heavy rust and oxidation.
  • It is impossible to read the manufacturer s number or the original number on the product (the stamp is damaged, there is no plate, sticker or tag).

Refunds will be issued on the basis of a response from the supplier, prior to this no refunds will be issued. Top1 autovaruosad OÜ is not authorized to evaluate returned deposits itself. The reply concerning the refund decision may be delayed for up to 4 weeks. Immediate costs related to the return of the item shall be borne by the Consumer.

Cases in which items are non-refundable or up to 75% of the value is refunded depending on the defect:

Generators:

  • The product is highly susceptible to rust/oxidation.
  • Product is incomplete, disassembled into parts.
  • Mounting lug is broken.
  • Rear plastic cover, voltage regulator or diode unit is missing.
  • Drive pulley is missing or damaged.
  • Damaged or missing vacuum pump.
  • Winding has been exposed to heat.
  • Product has burned or shows damage caused by overvoltage/short-circuiting.
  • Generator does not rotate.

Starters:

  • Product is incomplete, disassembled into parts.
  • Traction relay (solenoid) is missing or damaged.
  • The housing is deformed and the attachment lug is broken.
  • Product is severely rusted/oxidized.
  • Shaft or bendix is overheated (bluish discoloration).
  • Teeth are damaged.
  • Product has burned or shows damage caused by overvoltage/short-circuiting.

Brakes brackets:

  • The housing is damaged (mounting tab or other part of the housing is broken/ missing).
  • The product shows signs of a cut or cracked housing.
  • The venting nipple is broken or its base is damaged.
  • The plug on the electrical brake bracket is broken.
  • The product is incomplete or has been disassembled.
  • The carriage is missing if the product is new with a carriage.
  • Electric brake brace motor housing/motor damaged/cracked, mounting tab broken.

Climate compressors:

  • Pulley missing or damaged.
  • Clutch not complete.
  • Core does not rotate if clutch is not burned, if clutch is burned, core cannot rotate.
  • The housing or its mounts are damaged.
  • The plug is missing.
  • Product is not complete, disassembled into parts.
  • Pressure valve is missing.

Power steering pumps:

  • Product is not complete, disassembled into parts.
  • Some components are missing (e.g. pulley).
  • Housing is damaged (mounting tab or other part of the housing is broken/missing).
  • The product is heavily exposed to rust/oxidation.
  • Original nameplate/plate with factory specifications is missing or removed.
  • Oil reservoir cap is missing or tank is damaged.
  • Pulley or its fasteners are damaged.

Steering poles and boxes:

  • Product is not complete, disassembled into parts.
  • Internal steering rods are missing or damaged.
  • The product shows signs of cutting or cracks on the housing.
  • The housing is damaged (mounting tab or other part of the housing is broken/missing).
  • The product is heavily exposed to rust/oxidation.
  • The working surface of the toothed rack is badly corroded.
  • No manufacturers number or original number can be read on the product (stamp is damaged, plate, sticker or tag is missing)
  • Tubes are missing, dented or broken.
  • Ribs, sockets or slots are worn or damaged.
  • In the case of an electric steering pole, the plug, terminals are broken.
  • Wires are torn or cut.
  • There are signs of melting or burning on the electronics housing.

Steering columns:

  • Grooves are damaged.
  • The mounting frame is damaged or warped.
  • Height adjustment lever damaged or broken.
  • Wires are torn, damaged, or cut.
  • Plug is broken.
  • ECU showing signs of tampering, motor missing or disassembled.

Nozzles and nozzle tips:

  • Product is not complete, disassembled into parts.
  • Sprayer is bent when removed.
  • Plug housing is damaged.
  • Sprayer tip is missing or its housing is damaged.
  • Overflow tube is damaged or broken.
  • The product is heavily exposed to rust/oxidation.
  • The casing is visibly deformed.
  • The product shows signs of tampering.

High Pressure Pumps:

  • Product is incomplete, disassembled into parts.
  • Product is highly susceptible to rust/oxidation.
  • Pump wheel retaining nut is missing. Wires are torn, damaged or cut.
  • Plug housing is damaged.

Heavy equipment flywheels, shrouds, and clutch discs:

  • Clutch disc is incomplete (covers have separated).
  • Clutch disc core shows signs of overheating (bluish color).
  • The clutch disc is warped or the center hole grooves are damaged.
  • The product is heavily exposed to rust/oxidation.
  • The clutch cover pressure plate shows signs of overheating.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRODUCT RETURN

3.1 The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving a reason. When returning the product (withdrawal from the contract), Top1 autovaruosad OÜ returns to the Consumer all payments received from the latter and corresponding to the sales contract, including delivery costs (except for additional costs, which follow from the delivery method chosen by the Consumer, which is different from the cheapest delivery method offered by Top1 autovaruosad OÜ) immediately, but not later than 30 days after the day of delivery to the Consumer.

3.2 The product can be returned through a postal machine by prior arrangement with the delivery department. The phone number is +372 55520792. The deadline is met, if the Consumer returns the product before the deadline of 30 days. 3.3. Top1 autovaruosad OÜ will make the specified payments using the same payment method, which the Consumer used when making the payment, unless the Consumer has expressed the wish to use another payment method.

3.4 The Product must be returned to Top1 autovaruosad OÜ in its original packaging and unused (there may be signs of opening, but not broken, used, or the packaging is taped) and in its original packaging (containing all the items in the product packaging). Damaged products are not accepted back.

3.5 The direct costs associated with the return of the item shall be borne by the Consumer.

3.6 If the condition of the returned product deteriorates, the Customer shall be liable for a reduction of the value due to the use of the product if he used the product in a way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the thing. In order to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the item, the product may only be used and used in the manner that is normally permitted in the store.

3.7. Top1 autovaruosad OÜ can make claims against the Consumer due to the reduction of the value of the product at the latest within one month from the moment of returning the product.

3.8 Before accepting the product, the Buyer is recommended to inspect the packaging of the product and if there is any external damage, not to accept the product.
